Introduction

Today India leads the world in road traffic accidents and also has the highest fatality rate due to road traffic accidents in the world, this is in spite of the fact that we account for less than 3% of the world’s vehicular population. “Every 60 minutes 14 people die in the Road Accidents in India”. With over 130,000 deaths annually, the country has overtaken China and now has the worst road traffic accident rate worldwide. Thus BSA Training Academy has stepped into to address this issue by imparting “Road Safety Training” by creating awareness & imbibing “Safe Driving Habits” in all Road Users. We aim to imbibe & inculcate “Safe Driving Habits” in the people by imparting required skills in Practical Driving & Soft skills through our various programs & special modules designed to cater to the need.

Objective

   • JRM – Journey Risk Assessment & Trip Management
   • TMSS - Traffic Management Support Services
   • TOD - Trainer on Deputation. (Outsourcing of trained and certified trainers for specific purpose& durations)
   • Fleet Safety Audits and Management Centres (Independent Assessment for roadworthiness and Fleet operations)
   • CPMS – Chauffeurs Placement & Management Services Trained and Certified Chauffeurs, on BSA rolls, or one Time Placement
   • Driver Counseling Monitoring and Controlling Centre (Adopting advance technologies like GPS/online monitoring, Risk profiling)
   • Train the Trainer- Up skilling & competency mappings, and continuous development module. Duration 3 - 60 days based on requirements. Including OJT
