Introduction

Skill Development Initiative (SDI) BSA Training Academy have been set up to bridge the gap between industry & education and create employment opportunity across the board through “Earn & Learn Scheme”. This scheme provides platform for job opportunities for the fresher’s to enrich their knowledge and make them employable in the industries. As we have required infrastructure, proper ambience, requisite faculty members and arrangements with our Industry Partners for practical training including shop floor and work place training on various trades, topics it would be easy to explore out the job opportunities for the students.

  1. Earn & Learn Scheme
    • Introduction of Earn & Learn - “Education and training are the driving forces of economic growth and social development of any country.”
      BSATA As India moves progressively towards becoming ‘knowledge economy’ it becomes increasingly important that it should focus on advancement of the skills and these skills have to be relevant to the emerging economic environment.
      National skill development Mission - “To achieve targeted economic growth, India has to create skilled manpower of 500 million by 2022.”
      One of the major challenges to achieve this mission is to scale up infrastructure to expand vocational training from the present capacity of 3.1 million per annum to 12.8 million per annum. Currently 80% of new entrants to workforce have no opportunity for skill training.

    • Mission - “To promote and generate One Million Employments both from Rural & Urban areas give them required job oriented class room & practical training and place them in various industries according to the industry needs.”

    • Overview of the Training Program - The students are school drop outs (non metric) SSC / HSC / ITI passed candidates and are enrolled after careful scrutiny. Apart from obtaining diploma/ degree / certificate from reputed institutes/university they would also acquire necessary soft skills during their training period. After successful completion of the program the BSATA, will make all efforts to place these candidates in the same industry or any other similar industries. The program will equip students with 2 months-4 years of real time practical work experience.

      4. Diploma/degree in computer application

    • Qualification & Eligibility Qualification & Eligibility
      • Age 18 years to 27 years
      • Urban & rural area unemployed youth

    • Selection Process - Qualification & Eligibility

    • Methodology - Practical & class room training to be conducted intermittently as per the program & the client requirement will also will provide OJT in the shop floor thereby enhancing the theoretical & practical knowledge of the candidates. We jointly with the client shall design the syllabus/curriculum, make available reference books and study material.

    • Stipend- Candidates shall be awarded with the suitable amount as mutually discussed upon ranges between (Rs. 5000-Rs. 8500). The students has to attend all theory and practical sessions to get this full amount.

    • Facilities - Subsidized meal, snacks, transportation could be provided by as per the company policy. All PPEs, uniform, safety shoes insurance to be also taken care of.

    • Certification - Certification of the candidates from the reputed institute /university after successful completion of the training program.
